Thats not what I'm saying King, just saying what I see. When we struggled last season, other teams seem to have a MFer that can take the game themselves and pull the team through a bad performance. Like Fabregas used to do, like Gerrard has. As gooder player as he is, I can't recall him doing it. With that, and what i said earlier its just little things I know, but its the little things you get caught out with at the top. I'd hate him to go, like I say if we found the right MF partner for him, it would be a force. I don't think we'll be seeing too much of a four man mid under the new regime, so I do feel he has a new challenge. Its up to him on that though. Its just my opinion he might not be as irreplaceable as we think, if he does leave. Alonso is different, he doesn't burst through players breaking into the opponents half which is Mods strong point, no-one wants him running at them, but thats not the point, Alonso's lack of goals and Khedira's for that matter are compensated for by having Ronaldo up front. Imo we have too many non forwards that don't chip in a consistant goal tally, because we don't have a 30 goal striker, whats needed imo for 2 low scoring MF players in the side. It has improved, but its still not quite enough, hence league position. It shouldn't be ignored, because goals win games, and a few more from him would have changed results...we only needed ONE different result over the season. We were 4th for many more reasons than Harry. Little things, big consequence. But I agree it'd be a simliar loss.
