- has only played in the Premier League for 2years
- now on the books of a relegated side
- has only 12months left on his current contract
- 28years old, realistically one more contract/3-4 good years left at best
- looked lost without Scott Dann by his side at the end of last season

Hes good but not a world beater, solid, not overly quick, scores a few goals and if given time can form a good partnership. Kinda sounds like Michael Turner n how much did we pay for him?!

He's better than Turner. He can run and kick a ball in a straight line for starters but 14 million is just ridiculous! Bearing in mind Gary Cahill may be off to Arsenal for 18 million, the Johnson thing is proposterous. No more than 5-6 million.
