It's just got no place in the game. I had a word with the lads myself but they just told me to **** off. Even worse considering there were a number of parents with kids in the surrounding area.

 

This whole John Terry incident will be interesting. What's the betting the whole thing is put down to a mis-understanding? That way clubs can pretend they're interested when in reality "money talks".

Nice to see on the thread rating that some people seem to condone racism! On an aside though, the away support last night was (on the whole) amazing. We made the Rovers' fans look shameful.

If I have to hear one more person bleat on about "them Muslims".... trying to explain to them that they've just used a blanket term for millions of decent honest people is near impossible. Millions who, by the way, didn't go and get plastered last weekend and have a fight/drink drive/urinate on someone’s car etc. "oh, they're all the same" - No they're not! They're just as different from person to person as we are. I sincerely hope people who see our (England) fans away acting like yobs don't think "them Christians are all the same". Unfortunately, in Muslim countries, just the same as Christian ones, or African ones or anywhere else, it's the arseholes that make the most noise. (and have the biggest guns in some instances) - Honestly, blanket hatred? Why hate some poor people half way across the world trying to scrape through the dust for enugh food to feed their family?

Surely we are more educated than that?

In fact I'm not even going to start, this could turn into an essay. Safe to say, yes we do need to do something about immigration, it's a small country. No, being abusive to people is not the way to go about that. We should treat people from other places just as we expect to be treated. Can you honestly blame someone for trying to improve their circumstances? Perhaps if people who came here were greeted with smiling faces then they would be happy to integrate, rather than relying on others they can actually relate to 'get through it' with a sort of siege mentality.

If they were truly Newcastle fans then they wouldn't want to embarrass the rest of us or the players with that crap.

The money being paid out to immigrants who are not working is purely down to 12 years of Labours ineffective governing, and not every foreign person is doing that.

Is that really what Terry says though? I have watched it several times and he appears to call him a blind **** from what I can see, as opposed to a black ****. I think it may his cockney way of saying blind that is confusing the issue. I'd be very surprised if Terry has called Anton Ferdinand a black **** as his teammate Ashley Cole walks by!
