Let them have a field day. How does that affect you? Will it change your thinking? Or are you more worried that other people will make fun of you because you are a Saints fan?

So you only see one result as a disappointment? What you worried about then? Yes, we should be winning at home against Wigan, but the fact we didn't shouldn't be a reason to despair. We exceeded all expectations against Man City, blew it against Man Utd when it was so close, and today we got a savage drubbing from the best team in the premiership. That's really not the worst start imaginable.
Now it's time for everyone at the Club to show some backbone, supporters included.
I reiterate give the new squad and manager a chance, after 10 games if we are in the same situation I may agree. I know we have to start well but when you bring in a lot of new players you need time for them to bed in. I think after the Aston Villa game we will have a better idea. In recent years it is the teams that do not score that have been relegated and I think our team has goals, we just need to chose the right formation to achieve this; Ramirez also looked good. I know it is frustrating that we have lost four on the trot, however I think we have had an exceptional two years and it was never going to be like that this year, if fans want a win every week they may as well go and support Man U.
Sadly we are having a poor run........We may have just played the top 3 in the country and all that. Today we were outclassed by all accounts. We have a young squad who have to learn....Just as our manager has to learn. Together we succeed or together we fail.......which ever they are still my football club.
I'm still confident. I'll reassess the situation after 10 games. Let's get some points on the board against Villa and push on.

Judge us after the first ten games, I will only say that we're set for relegation if we still haven't won in those games. Even if we haven't, there's always the great escape-look at Fulham a few years ago. 
As I said after united game, we are one point behind my expectations of the first four games.

So when has it ever been easy being a Saints fan ? We should be used to getting put through the mangle. So we got stuffed 6-1 - that`s over, so we move on. NA will be telling his players the season starts now. Keep the faith, the wins will come.
Long story short, we're not ****ed. We have a young manager and young players who haven't been here before. They are, if we give them time, better than their more experienced counterparts that for instance West Ham or QPR have signed. What we have is a group of players and a manager who are the makings of a very good side. With the fixtures and inexperience, our opening was always going to be a learning curve. Teams have gone on worse runs than this and stayed up, so there's no need to slit wrists. Draw a blue line under this result and 40 points from the remaining 34 games is a reasonable target.
May I just point out, we're less than a win behind Liverpool, and they haven't had as hard fixtures as we have. Wow. We've had one poor result in four. Really, get a grip.
