For the ****ing life of me I can't remember the last time I saw a team selection that looked that it was put together to try to WIN a ****ing game. One manager after another has been ****-scared to lose a game, so we set up not to lose and hope to snatch a win at the end. You can go unbeaten an entire season and still end up near the bottom if you don't ****ing win any.
We desperately need a manager who just wants to win games, someone who doesn't get scared to just go for it. PP's selection tomorrow is going to be universally slated, isn't it? FFS

It's not hard is it:

Aiming to be league champions/promotion = Go out to win every match, obviously with a bit of common sense in the odd game (see Liverpool going for a win against Chelsea under Rodgers)

Want to cling onto survival = Go out to not lose and nick the odd goal, still think in most circumstances you should be going out for the win as at least half the league should be on the same level down there.

A team wanting to be promoted should have the mentality of how many will we score today, how quick can we break these down etc..
