Did we say players have to have played a set position during 2012-13 season or can they have played someone during their career?

For example; Carra played CB and DM in 12-13 but has played RB, LB, CB and CM over the course of his career.

 

I think it should keep the teams fairly well matched..
Apart from Magic of course who is going to blow us all away with his money ball scheme
