Having been unable to get on here as much as I would like recently, I come back to find all this **** I have trawled through every post on this thread and the thread satrted 'Closed Threads'. This thread is now reopend. Feel free to call each otrher names, bully each other, put others down. Basically do what the hell you want. But, be warned, if there are any requests from people asking for threads to be closed then forget it. The requests will be ignored. We get a fair few requests from posters asking for threads to be closed etc. We try to deal with them as we are asked to. You have obviously made your feelings known about us moderators on here and what you want, so if you want a slanging match, then use this thread. Fight on chaps/ladies

Morning All My self imposed exile is over. It had bugger all to do with football whatsoever. My job was made redundant on 8 February and to be quite honest, I haven't had the time to come on and post as have been so busy. I don't know how I found time to work. And I consider it early retirement as financially I won't be missing any meals so I have a new title as government statistic! I've chosen to enter on this post for no other reason than it has ten pages so must be popular and well read. I don't know any of you guys personally and probably never will. I don't want to post who I feel the most kinship with or who I would like to stand at the bar for an hour or two, especially as Dave would finish off all my redundancy pay! We have the commonality of supporting, adoring, cherishing NCFC. For all I know, there could could two *****philes, three rapists and four drug dealers among you all. That is why it is probably best that we never meet. Judgement of each other is not what we are here for. This forum gives us the chance to air our views on what we perceive to be our what is good bad or indifferent about our club. I am obviously one of those like TMC, ILD, KIO etc who have the same wishes and wants for our club as everybody else but whose first priority is to see the team play good attractive, progressive and attacking football. I am not going to go over our feelings about the dire football that is being served up at the moment. That cannot sensibly be denied anyway. And, at the end of the season, I am confident that we will still be in the Prem so maybe the means will justify the end. But surely we cannot be serious with ourselves when it comes down to all this Barney Rubble on this site because we have differences about it? Does it matter if I might put dire as a description of Howson if that is how I perceive it? We don't need to delve into it to far to see whether dire is fair or maybe unlucky on occasions would have been better. Football is, to me, in the moment and as much as I enjoy posts with 1950 regarding some of the old days, that is just the riches that come from being so old and having so much accumulation of history. And with football being in the moment, then a bad performance is still bad and you should not be afraid to say so. But equally a stunning performance on Sunday from Howson will also entitle me to heap praise on him. And if he is dire next week, then saying so is fine. You wouldn't go to the cinema and see a bad Scorcese film and say it was OK because all his other ones were good. Anyway, nobody will be more behind City than me and mine on Sunday and sure everyone else on here can and will say the same thing.
