The mags have went French and it's a known fact that Spain are much better than France. So, should we setup a dedicated Spanish scouting system?

One thing for certain is that our scouts do need to be overhauled or replaced. Who is responsible and how long does it take to appoint a competent team of scouts?
 
Spain. Sun, tanned girlies etc OR Sunderland at 18-19 year old. Yep would imagine The Roker hotel on a weekend will win every time. Agree with your sentiments but cannot see it happening.

I quite like this Belgian set up. Small country but theres some bloody good players currently playing in the EPL.

Definitely agree with the bit about the talented Belgians, especially their defenders. (Not to discount Hazard)
 
If this is a serious suggestion then you're missing the point of why we're in France. The league is in general pretty **** so wages and prices are low. You won't get that in Spain.
Still going a bit foreign would help you guys. There are plenty of good players in lower standard leagues, it's just working out which ones will make the step up
 
It doesn't matter what league you send your scouts to or what league our scouts are in. Our scouting system finds gems constantly.
