according to a report i read this morning, Al-Ain come in on Saturday morning with a offer that was presented as basically "fait-accompli" (already done and dusted), which suggests Al-Ain were talking to Gyan throughout the week without any at Sunderland knowing about it (Was his international injury planned so he could go and talk to them?). so basically Gyan already knew he would be leaving before he shook Bruces hand 48 hours earlier.....
