Maybe they are winning because everyone is together and the owners haven't pisssed people off with their attitude and price rises which have seen attendances plummet?

Of course I know you don't like people not living in Hull being critical of Hull City, the fans of Hull Citu, the city of Hull or the council. But you support the Allams anyway.

Oh that explains our huge successful history prior to the Allams.

Oops. Forgot to add due to laughing that I don't give a **** where people live. I've simply pointed out that you don't go to games but still spend huge amounts of time bitching and whining about anything in and around Hull.

    Which you do.

I don't not go to games because of choice. Or because our lass would object.

Your idol spends a lot of time bitching and whinging about things in and around Hull. I don't suppose anyone on here will express any opinions on London in future as they don't go to games there.

Interesting quote from troy Deeney (on playing against Leicester):

"Part of that is down to the thousands of cardboard clappers the club leave out on the seats for fans before games.

"I think that actually started in the Championship play-offs in 2013, when we beat them in the semi-finals.

"I remember it being a bit annoying in the first leg at their place when their fans were using them but, now I am playing in the Premier League, I actually appreciated the noise when we went there.

"I don't want to sound too critical, but a lot of fans at some grounds I go to have got cameras in their hands, taking pictures of anything rather than generating any atmosphere during the game.

"At Leicester, it was all about getting behind their team."

Troy Deeney was speaking to BBC Sport's Chris Bevan....... http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/35955616

Whilst they is a lot to admire about Leicester this season, making comparisons between them and our owners in wishing to create a profile in the Far East is like comparing apples with pears. We have minimal profile out there, whereas Leicester have the backing of King Power, an established and already high profile employer and business in the Far East. Whilst I am critical of the Allams in some instances, for those fans who undermine them by comparing use of the word 'City' by both Leicester and ourselves in the Far East are making unfair comparisons.

People in Leicester and surrounding areas have more money than those in Hull. That's all there is to it.

Bartlett got us to the Premier League for the first time and kept us up. He left us with debts of £40 million when we got relegated, including the cost of buying the club.

The Allams paid a pound for the club, took us to the Premier League (automatically) and an FA Cup final. We now have debts of nearly £80 million.

The Allams also had the benefit of a massive increase in the TV money. I think its a bit early to be bragging about how much better the Allams are than our previous owners.

You seem determined to make yourself look foolish, as well as mercenary and dishonest; well done, you are being successful on all three fronts.

    Blimey. An apologist for Bartlett?

Dismissive of exactly what the Allams have paid out and actually done for our club?

    Selective "facts" which are speculation?

Well done. Fez will be proud of you.

No apologist for Barlett, just recognising what he achieved with borrowed money. He was the owner when Deanno scored. He was the owner when Newcastle United were relegated and we stayed up. He ran up debts of £40 million to achieve that.

Allamhouse paid off those debts and put in another £40 million to get us promoted to the Premier League. the last accounts show that we owe nearly £80 million to Allamhouse. Not speculation at all. Until that is converted into shares Hull City will have to pay it back including interest at 4% per annum.

In the Allams first season in the Premier League Hull City got more TV money than Manchester United got for winning it the previous year.

For all that money Allams record in terms of league position isn't much better than what Bartlett achieved.

Too true, Snigger, I certainly appreciate someone telling the truth, which is why I appreciate you not one iota.
I was pleased to see you supportive of the good stuff the OSC is doing; with a bit of their endeavour you will have more youngsters paying more to subsidise you. Ain't your world wonderful, Snigger.

You wouldn't have said that 12 months ago! It was the complete opposite then.

Less unfair, more irrelevent, because anyone with half a brain knows even the Allams don't believe their bullshit about it being a marketing/business decision to change it any more than they believe that 6 letters is shorter than 4.

The Allams didn't pay £1 for the club at all. They wrote out cheques for over £30m within two hours of taking control.
To get the club for £1 all they had to do was let the club go into administration, take the 10 points or so deduction and then they wouldn't have had to write out those £30m worth of cheques, but they didn't.
In financial terms they have put more money into the club then any previous owners. Not just in players but into the infrastructure, training ground and the Academy.
It may be loaned to the club or whatever but they have stumped up when it was required.
The bankrolling appears to have stopped towards the back end of this season and to be fair they said it would.
None of our previous owners have simply handed money over without any return. Not even Harold Needler.
So I don't see why we should expect the Allams to do so.
And I'm not flying a kite for them just stating the facts.

They paid a pound for the shares and Allamhouse wrote cheques for £30 million to pay off the creditors. Hull City still owe Allamhouse the £30 million plus the additional monies loaned.

I don't expect the Allams to continue putting their hands in their pockets. If they said no to Andre Gray because we didn't have the cash without further loans from Allamhouse then I applaud them for that.

You said Allam paid £1 for the club and left out the bit .......'and Allamhouse wrote out cheques for £30m to pay off the creditors'
Pin this on a wall somewhere to remind yourself.
NO-ONE BUYING OR OWNING A PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL CLUB DOES IT FOR NOTHING
Adding that money doesn't grow on trees and that Jack Walker types do not exist.

Nobody gets a house and lets the bank that provided their mortgage act like everyone living in it should go and suck them off at every opportunity for their generous gift either.
