How no? He brought on Derk and Pukki. That was bold, that was brave. We got undone by an unfortunate deflection. What happened in the past is ancient history as far as i can see.... It is irritating but i don't think losing late goals is a disease of Celtic. If we lost 2 early, we'd call that typical too. Ground Control to Nige De Jong called it as two lucky goals... Hard to disagree.
Stokes is not a lone striker... if he plays in champions league, he should be wide right or supporting a front man. Liked the Lustig/Matthews combination down the right. Lets see what Biton and Pukki can do in the team. 6 - 0 against this mob at CP
Yeah, maybe but as Pud says, Stokes isn't a lone striker. He's not even a penalty box striker. The moves Lennon made were brave and were clearly trying trying to get closer to goal. I accept that as good as we were, we never made a real dent in them... But neither did they make a dent on us.... Just ****ing lucky

how so? i never got to see a replay but chico on the sportsound podcast said ballotelli elbowed broony and then fell over? i thought we played well overall against in my opinion a pretty poor milan team. we were very wasteful in the final third. i thought a couple of times commons lacked a wee bit of belief in himself which surprised me. in my opinion forster should have done better with the second, his regression is pretty alarming. Hopefully a big game from him against barca will lift his game to the pre juve levels of last year
Can't decide whether I'm pissed off or proud. Made Milan look decidedly average but yet again can't convert chances. Commons played well but the CL isn't the SPL and blasting the ball every time you get a sight of goal is playground stuff.
