Update: He signs a 3 year deal on 17th September. Btw, being 16, he's being forced by the club to do 40 hours of school work a week! Can also confirm that he's been told he's part of the u23 squad until told otherwise. Must be quite a prospect, eh?
Well I've updated the first post and to be fair, of the 15 named transfer target stories from a few weeks ago we have signed 5 of them. A decent hit rate for a change. Bielsa had 4 targets and he has all 4 so the club are right behind him and I believe there is more to come as it seems CB is deffo required again and the middle is going to be beefed up with the Croatian U21 captain who seems to be a top prospect
Forgot to mention that I heard that another 16yo kid has been promoted to the u23s (for now) with McKinstry. Can't remember his name exactly, but believe it might be Nohan Kenneh, a midfielder. Apparently a 6 foot+ tank in midfield, á la Vieira (the Arse version).
This story interested me because it seemed as far fetched as Buffon who has signed for Juventus by the way. He was being chased in Turkey and maybe Everton, Palace and Southampton as hes a free agent now. The SB boys have also confirmed that they too have heard a story about him speaking to Orta? The Croatian U21 skipper being talked about is also picking up pace. Think his name is Sujic but he's got a bit about him and with his long hair compared to Pirlo but something about this kid a little bit of Boban in him too. Only £3m too

So far guys we have 11 players sold or released plus 1 loaned out, and more activity happening next weekt is a player i would have loved to have seen in a Leeds Utd shirt: Yosi Idaguchi who was wanted by Hertha Berlin but also Gamba Osaka where we bought him from. He has decided to go home to Osaka where he is idolised. Such a shame we shafted him at Credit Lyonaise where his World Cup ambitions were trashed and then he shagged his knee. Cruel sport.
