Completely agree Gera, I really think we're better than booing our own manager like some of the blackburn fans choose to do. In many ways, the predicament Jol is in is quite similar to what Kean faces at Blackburn, albeit it's fair to say we are in less danger of the drop and we have a far more reliable owner at the helm. However, in both cases it is two clubs who have perhaps, as much as I despise this word 'overachieved' under exceptional management from Hodgson in our case and Allardyce for Blackburn. Both of us now have managers who are simultaneously trying to both rejuvenate squads consisting of players who have developed too much security in their own places and could be somewhat stubborn to change, as well as young players coming through the ranks and attempting to incorporate them into a more expansive style of play. Times may be tough now, but if we are prepared to accept a period of what may feel like stagnation, I'm confident that we can emerge stronger and more exciting as a result. COYW!!!!
