Mick this is a good site, but seriously in need of some regulation.
Could not agree more! The chatbox is just an abuse box 95% of the time. I rarely feel like I should use it because you just cannot have any real football banter on there!

In all honesty, this site is an excellent forum to have sensible discussions with others. But, with people like LuisNani17 and 99/COMAS on here, I can only see it having an negative impact on the site and also driving people away. I don't mind ignoring posts or even dissaproving of them; it's all opinion; but utter filth certain individuals post is not acceptable.
But you were friends with LN17 about 2 weeks ago? What makes his posts suddenly unacceptable now?
His posts are now singlehandedly ruining our beloved board. I don't think others appreciate the fact he's constantly creating negative threads. They're obviously unacceptable now, because he's predicting United to lose every week. For example, Nohlman predicted we'd lose yesterday. Do you think you'd tolerate a similar to poster to Nohlman?
Hizmo he has always been negative about Utd. Always saying Utd would lose, slagging Utd fans off on the Arsenal board, making anti-Rooney threads, and then attacking Hernandez. He had a bit of a respite period in the middle being 'positive' but as others said, that was only a front. He is clearly a WUM and I honestly believe an Arsenal fan. I have decided for the time being to ignore the prat but his constant anti Utd raving need to be challenged.
I'm sure a few jokes wouldn't harm anyone. First of all, Nohlman's WUMing had limits during the early days, but at the moment he's clearly spamming our board. As a fellow poster of his, I remember him saying that he's doing to this to seek the attention of others. I and a few others explained to him that what he was doing is clearly wrong, so he then decided to have a positive period. Nohlman offers nothing but negativity to this forum. Despite him having a positive spell. I cannot oversee a changed Nohlman. This really shouldn't be an issue to be honest, he's already on the verge of being banned for constant WUMing.
Meh, he has always been like this but before you told us that he should be allowed to express his opinion, even though that opinion was inflammatory. I think if everyone just decides to block him rather than ban him then the problem will be solved.

Because the thread was only going to piss people off. Mick and syd are the only ones who can ban people, so what's the point of having a public vote / argument / fight about the whole thing. As soon as you started actually directly messaging the super mods (like I suggested about two weeks ago) they have started to address the issue.

Couldn't agree more. If I banned every poster who annoyed me, this forum would be pretty light on users by now...
