There's actually far more coverage than I thought in Hull.

Well, if you are on EE, anyway.
I think it depends on phones as well as network
No iPhones, for example, support 5g yet (in uk at least) and won’t until late 2020 at the earliest (probably next year realistically and even then it’s likely to be the top end ones only at first.

You’d think all 1st world countries would be very similar as far as product/service availability goes, but here in Western Australia I’ve just had a bit of a nightmare when trying to buy an Amazon Firestick 4K, first generation ones are readily available but they’re nowhere near as good.

My rellies tell me that WA stands for ‘wait awhile’, I’m beginning to believe it. It’s a truly beautiful area but is backward in lots of ways.

EE is the network that has invested most on its 5G rollout in Hull, with multiple 10Gb links to cell sites around the city and a 100Gb couple of separated backhaul links out of Hull into their network for the traffic they aggregated from the various cells. If you want 5G in Hull you should probably go with EE.

Hows it going @petersaxton? Don't leave us all hanging.
Fantastic
My phone only used about 6% battery over 10 hours overnight.
I can watch Sky Q on my phone anywhere in the house - I only have two boxes - my phone has a 6.8" display.
I can only get 4G with Vodafone though.
I'm going to Hull tonight and have meetings with estate agents and solicitors on Friday.
I'm planning to sell a two bedroom bungalow in Sutton. Anybody interested?
I'm hoping to go to Luxe on Princess Avenue. I've been to Millhouse at Skidby a few times so I thought I would try somewhere different. Any other suggestions?

I got mine off Amazon, strangely enough. I had it within about 3 days.

Impressive.
What phone is it btw?
Actually, my phone went up from around 20% to a full 100% overnight. I did have it plugged into a charger though.

Yes. Please include progress reports in your battery usage updates.

And yet on North Hull Estate it's hard to get any sort of signal for EE need to go to the front window or upstairs to send a text. EE say its because they knocked down the tower blocks on OPE where their masts were located and havn't got round to putting up a new mast yet.

Aren't they the ONLY network with 5G in Hull ?

My S10 is 5G compatible but I don't think I've ever seen the 5G icon come live. I don't sweat it though I can wait .10ms for a page to load (I made that number up don't quote me please) because

Back in my day we had...
