Our Wee Country.
of the GAWA will be descending on the Aviva come the 9th. February. It's reckoned there will also be 5,000 highlanders heading over for the game.Memories of the battle scene from Braveheart where they all take a run at each other and then end up shaking hands and having a rare oul' time.
But anyway, they also estimate about 2,000 locals.
Going by the press, the only game they're expecting a full house for is RoI v NI.
If this competition is to be a success, imo, these matches in future will have to played on a home and away basis.
Any thoughts?????

65 euro the cheapest ticket for the ROI vs NI game, thinking about myself but reluctant uptake from my pals.

Mick is that about 50/55 quid????
If so ,it's a hell of a leap from 17 quid for the Scotland game.

NI vs Scotland?

They are pretty much guaranteed to fill the stadium for all the ROI games so would suppose they have to discount the other nations.

id pay that sadly. altho ill not be buying their chips. ill be bringing mine from the durty wee north. ive principles and all that

Mwn if you ask on owc site I'm sure you could be lucky enough. If I hear of any I'll give ye a wee shout

lads do we want a domestic irish football board or are you happy enough on the NI board?

Happy enough with the NI board ,the Domestic ones werent used on the BBC 606 as we liked a one place were we could all go to slag each others poor results and we are a small community anyway.
Still think you being called Mick as well is proving troublesome -can we call you Malty?

I've been saying this for ages. Run it like the Six Nations, 3 weekends every odd-numbered year, if you're at home one cycle, you're away the next.
