We know Suarez spoke to his home journos about wanting out of England because of the witchhunt by the media here, other than that what has he said or done? I must admit I don't read the papers and only glance at gossip and rumours so I could be completely wrong but all the Arsenal stuff and going back on his word is out of the mouths of others .... isn't it?

Have you noticed the total lack of quotes from anyone? They keep changing cause they're just guessing. No one has made any statements yet so its all speculation, its almost as if they are running a live rumour page.

If there is such a clause then the player is free to talk to the bidder, doesn't mean he will though. I never thought Torres would leave [the arm band and all that sort of signified, to me at least, that there was a stronger tie keeping him at LFC] so lesson learned and I won't be attached to a player like that again. Oh and I'm sure everyone knows it would be in the best interest of Suarez agent to muddy fairly clear waters whether legally in the right or not. If its only "you are informed about 40+ but we won't accept anything under 50" that may put clubs off bothering. If other clubs think they may get it on the cheap because its forced acceptance of 40 or more they might start bidding against each other and maybe just maybe one will get close enough for LFC to say yes anyway. If not the agent has lost nothing and the situation remains unchanged. All agent wants is a move. He doesn't care where his player plays. In fact he'd like the arsenal move because he knows damn well Luis will be back crying at him within 2 years that he wants to be at a club that win things: another move , more fees for said agent.
