Dortmund has got such quality players that are only going to get better, it's unreal.

In defense they've Marcel Schmelzer the German international, Neven Subotic and Mats Hummels.

And I'd bite anyone's bicep (pun intended) if you told me we could swap Lewandowski, Gotze, Reus for Cisse Sissoko Ben Arfa.

Hell, they're so good that Nuri Sahin can't even make the first team anymore.
To add to that, they're all very very young.
Can only imagine that winning the champions league this year will propel them into world stars.

Both ties not over but I think it's going to be hard for both Spanish teams, but Barca have done it before.
Lewandowski was deadly last night in front of goal. A world class CF.

Yep. Though for Barca it's harder, one goal from Bayern and it's over.

Gotze has signed for Bayern already too, rumours that Lewandowski might follow too. Dude's 20 years old, stories abound that his family and his brother(schooling) have been harassed as a result, as he was a homegrown player and left to join their greatest rivals when the team was on the brink of greatness.

I can see why fans are unhappy at this, but harassing his family is going overboard for sure.

Bayern seem too strong and I think they'll go through, whereas Real Madrid are still in this, but they need an epic game to go through. Consider that in the group stage Dortmund won 2-1, and drew 2-2 against Real Madrid.

Gotze came out yesterday and said he couldn't believe that someone had told media about move to Bayern.
Shame he's felt he's had to move on. I think Pep Guardiola is a great coach but not sure if his style of football will go down well with the Germans.
Jurgen Klopp looks a good promising young manager and I like the football Dortmund play.

My Sunday pub league isn't competitive. It's definitely much less competitive than the Premier League, sometimes teams just don't turn up for fixtures, that happened a few times, some of the players are sometimes working away too so... By your logic, we don't know that Usain Bolt is the fastest man in the world, firstly because there might be a fat man who runs to McDonalds every morning for his breakfast and nobody has recorded his time and secondly because what does 'fastest man' actually mean? I'm sure I could contest this theory, as I'm certain that Felix Baumgartner recorded a faster time over 100m and 200m.

It's my opinion pal. Sometimes on forums, people might give their opinions, if you have a burning urge to have everything backed up with statistics and facts then you might wanna try some kind of online encyclopaedia or library.

Im sorrry what? Im trying to make some sort of sense out of that and im sue it sounded clearer in your head.

Firstly the use of the Pub league example was an analogy to show up how ridiculous this "most competitive cliche is. My interperetation was that by your definition the competitivenes was referring to an inherent closeness within the league, the ability for any team to beat another on a given day. Yet yougo and confuse yourself and start talking about the quality of the pub league which goes against the point you were trying to make in the first place "their league may be better quality but ours is more competitive".

Secondly your use of logic in the "fastest man" arguement is inherently flawed and has only served to reaffim my first question, "what does most competitive even mean". You start off by trying to compare an intangible measurable (competitiveness) with a tangible measureable (speed). Then using this arguement you go on to highlght the flaws with the "competitiveness" statement, its definition. "What does it even mean?". What does speed mean in this case, you havent deffined it in the same way you failed to define compeititveness. It can easily be argued that Bolt is not the fastest man in the world even mid sprint as any person travelling down the M2 is going faster. Narrow the definition to fastest man in the world under his own power and you would be closer but not correct as there are probably a few cyclists going faster, define it properly as fastest man in the world at running and you are pobably correct. You see, assigning a correct definition or rationale to your statement makes all the difference

Seriously dude, you need to sort yourself out. I mean how much time have you actually got on your hands?

Firstly I made light of a comment you made on amateur football, then I explained that you may from time to time have to face up to the fact that you're going to read some opinions on here.

You are desperate pal - I've noticed you hounding other people on the same subject over on the Chelsea board and he put you firmly in your place. What's the deal with that? You just seem desperate for an argument with somebody online. I've had arguments with you on here before and you present a half decent debate but then it seems to always go off on some rant-filled tangent based on your misunderstanding of a subject.

If you don't agree with my opinion, you don't have to, a lot of other people don't but notice how your fellow posters haven't gone and shat their nappies all over this forum because they found something I might have written without it being 100% statistically accurate. The fact that you took my comment on my 'Sunday pub league' seriously shows EXACTLY what type of person you, you sad little prat.

You seem to me like somebody who disagrees with others for arguments sake, you must be 5ft 4" tall and have a cock like a dehydrated mealworm.
