Aside from winning the Dutch Eredivisie and leading the Smoggies to a League cup win and UEFA cup final, Maclaren has done nothing in his whole career. Sacked from just about every job for lack of success, including England. About the only thing he 'picked up' in his entire managerial career was a very strange accent from the Netherlands.
This confirms he's done more than Steve Bruce. Every game under Steve Bruce has been turgid. There were several games under Wolly where the football was attacking and we got some great results. This is more than anything seen under Steve Bruce

At this point I'm gutted we didnt sign David Moyes up (if we don't get a takeover.) West Ham have gone from ****ter than us to ****ing lethal in half a season. I backed him from day one btw. They're way ahead of us and signed less.
