39 Days until 1st Jan the day when the boss will get his chance to bring in some fresh faces to fill in the missing gaps that he sees as he has said that the squad is not balanced. but.... the big story will be will Nicky sign a new contract before then as from Jan he will have 6 months left on his contract and will be allowed to have talks with other clubs about joining them at the end of the season on potentially a free. Given his recent form and positive comments about the club and wanting to take the club forward I am a little surprised that he has not come out yet and given an answer to whether he is willing to start contract talks or if he just wants to leave.
