too right mate.. this series is shaping up to be a 10 match classic and I am tempted to go down under in the autumn and have a couple of months bludging in the lucky country
It all seems to be going the way most thought it would. The Aussies are very poor in the batting department, apart from Clarke and this could be quite a hammering for them.
Foot on the throat don't ease off......god how many years did we suffer at their hands....this is pay back, grind them into the dust.....
Modern day cricket is all about scoring quickly now....even in tests. Very rare to see a non rain affected draw these days. Although England had a wobble this afternoon...they are affectively 260 odd for 3. Only one winner here me thinks!
Thought i would give this a bump after another wonderful day for Engalnd and another bloody awful one for the Aussies...... Can't see anyway out for the aussies now...... Any of our SH friends online.....what are the papers down there saying about it all?
We're kicking sand in their faces, drinking their beer and shagging their women! metaphorically speaking... And about time too...
Absolutely!! We had the proverbial sand kicked in our faces for a very long time...........payback is very, very sweet and it's wonderful to see the Aussies getting a huge hammering!
Could be another red-letter day for British sport, Chris Froome with the tour in the bag, Aussies struggling to avoid a 500 run defeat and Lee Westwood leading the Open by two shots. Lee has the toughest job but if anyone deserves a Major win it's him... Edit: Dunno how this ended up on this thread!...
Aussies are 38-3. Some bookies still have England at 1/25 ( Betfair ) That's like buying money if you can still get on it. Most other bookies have England ranging from 1/33 - 1/500
