I know many supporters from other clubs, including Millwall, i see them more as friends than the hate the media as always portrayed. I'm not saying there is not exceptions. As for saying what you want all match, again untrue, a Gillingham supporter and his family were arrested for calling someone a fat ****er...all because he added the word Scottish. If you or anyone else thinks that's a justified use of public expenditure then they need to take a close look at themselves. New generations since 1992 have been born into this sterile game, but instead of questioning it follow like the cloned expectations that Thatcher sought after.
A few decades back, people laughed at the thought of being arrested for what you say on the terraces. Today it is reality and people just accept it! Although didn't quite go to plan when they tried that at Millwall. The supporters stood together and told the jobsworths to **** off. The Gils fan that got arrested actually used to be a member of this forum, that was a sad day indeed and got a lot of write up and the future big brother to come.

As for adding scottish in front, i think most people will disagree, but they haven't banned that because it's footie, they've banned that in the streets as well (if you get caught and someone takes offence). Unfortunately being PC is just something we have to live with. If its a choice between sterile or what happens in russia, then i think most people are going to opt for the former.
Why do we have to live with being PC? Thankfully there are a few of me remaining who are happy to challenge it. But if you accept being PC then you have to accept sterile stadiums. no, i'd prefer to live a society of common sense which is the dream. However, thats not the way the law works and there are clear defining lines. It's like the i would love everyone to live generally okay. Again, there will be those who take the piss and those who are genuinely in need so again i'm in the middle so a middle ground, some benefits but not necessarily the corbyn free for all (although i agree with some of his policies). Anyway, we're going off topic, save that for the politics thread
