As for whether he got a card from the Manager or Chairman, I don't suppose he cares really, I certainly would not have done.
Advice for the young lad...listen but question the people that guide you at all times. If you don;t understand that, then use Luke Rooney as your model to the future or maybe not.

A year ago some people were saying that Rooney should not have been sold...and I still stick by that opinion. However, you cannot account for the thoughts of a player or his agent in any scenario.
