An absolutely embarassing performance. I support Yorkshire and was so proud that five players were selected. Not proud anymore, only Rashid, and to a lesser extent Brooke and Malan, have done anything. And Malan is Welsh.

    1. Sri Lanka chasing 157 in crucial match - both sides have only won one game so far
    2. Willey has Perera & Mendis caught to leave Sri Lanka 23-2 after 5.2 overs
    3. England all out for 156 in 33.2 overs
    4. Stokes top scores with 43 - only five batters make double figures
    5. Kumara 3-35, Mathews 2-14 & Rajitha 2-36
    6. England won toss and chose to bat in Bengaluru
    Disastrous performance again by England

Afghanistan have now won three games, two more than dismal England. Mott out, Buttler out. OK, maybe premature (sniggers to self).

We won a game, and by a significant margin. OK, it was against the Netherlands, but even so Buttler and Bairstow failed again. Big changes in personnel needed this summer.

Do you think it is a mental thing, as in they are mentally drained, playing conditions don't suit or something else such as something behind the scenes? You don't become an awful team overnight, have I been missing the signs?
