I do find this Water Nymph highly, highly interesting. Still a maiden after 9 races but recently the yard have been entering her in Listed and Group contests (and only taking her out, as late, at the dec stage) as well as maidens and handicaps. In fact Water Nymph has got 3 outstanding entries in Group races (18 Aug - 11 Sept). Could it be that they throw the 3YO in one of these and she achieves black type at huge odds?!? Water Nymph wonderfully bred as well being a half-sister to a filly who won both the French Oaks and the Nassau Board Stakes.
Well he appeared at Goodwood and was chinned there then came out yesterday and won a non-event at Newmarket at the sparkling odds of 2-13. He will have to prove himself at a higher level now: perhaps the Mill Reef.
Mashia has had a break since this run in May, so small win bet only tomorrow [5.40 Curragh]....currently 6-1
