Which is why I gave the same stats for the whole match for comparison, and noted that the contrast is even greater if those 55--75 min stats are compared to the stats for the first half alone. Question: why do you think Hull had that "good spell"? Did they suddenly find answers to their structural problems as exposed by Ben Lee? Or was it something to do with us, and if so, what? Re. stats for different periods, it's all there on WhoScored, courtesy of the sliders on the timeline at the foot of the Match Centre screen.
From the QPR website: "The fixture in W12 will kick off at 7.45pm. The club would like to thank the EFL and Norwich City for accommodating our request for the tie to be played a week later than all other first round matches. This request was made in order to provide additional time for our pitch to settle following extensive works during the close season."
"Question: why do you think Hull had that "good spell"? Did they suddenly find answers to their structural problems as exposed by Ben Lee? Or was it something to do with us, and if so, what?" Hard to tell, but momentum shifts are common during games. The difference in those 20 minutes wasn't huge: Minutes 55 to 75: Team ratings: 5.9 / 6.02 Possession: 49.1 / 50.9 Shots: 3 / 2 Dispossessed: 4 / 2 Team ratings showed a differential of .03. Considering this is based on the WhoScored observer's judgements on points awarded (and I say this as someone who values WhoScored ratings) that doesn't seem that dramatic. It could be that Hull players knew that there were planned substitutions coming. I'm not sure it was down to fitness, considering Barnes wasn't subbed until the 85th minute. Perhaps Southampton away will give us a better indication.
Bayern Munich and Tottenham have agreed a deal in principle for England captain Harry Kane worth more than 100m euros (£86.4m). Kane, 30, has one year left on his contract with Spurs and must now make a decision about whether or not to leave. The forward is Tottenham's all-time top scorer with 280 goals in 435 appearances. Remember when he played for us? He was ****e
What's the problem Zog? Had to be the manager In February of that same year, having recovered from injury, he went on loan to Leicester, managed by Nigel Pearson. Didn't go much better for him there either. Poor fellow, not just one but two dud managers. But he always says his experience that year helped make him the player he became.
I'm fairly certain Maddison also said that his experience at Aberdeen also made him a better player. Despite many fans berating Alex Neil? (was it) for not playing him here.
I don't remember him playing for our U21s, but two goals and an assist in his only match cannot be overlooked.
A really good interview with Zoe Webber I thought, which helped explain her role at the club and her previous experience, some of the clubs thoughts behind last season and some plans for moving forward. The board are down to a shortlist of 6 people for the Sporting Director role.
