As in their first game, Portugal have been awarded a very dubious penalty.....football at times really pisses me off.

Well now according to var there is no accidental hand balls there all must be deliberate
Every hand ball should be a penalty
The rules must have changed I thought it had to be deliberate hand ball for a penalty to be given

 

Shocking penalty decision that. All this unnatural position stuff isnt even in play. He was doing the very natural thing of cushioning his fall. Barmy.

 

What's more natural than your arm going down to break your fall ...

... it's one of the mosh common winter injuries at A&E ffs.

 

I'd love to know where they expect him to put his arm or is he meant to magically make it disappear

Good . . . . and Belly to come on in the second half, probably (and Trippier never to be seen or heard of again, hopefully)

I wonder if Jordan will be the captain, like he should be

 

Tripper is good with set pieces but very little else.

 

Senegal and Holland both leading.

 

Watching the Senagal game, it's quite good.

 

Think Southgate will settle for a 0-1 defeat to ensure his team qualifies for the quarters.
It's just his cautious mindset but hope I'm wrong.
