It is what I have taught my lads. Footy is about being with like minded people, forgetting who you are normally, and just having a bloody good time. Be part of atmosphere, dont bloody record it. My eldest is front and centre on a derby fans video - going mental after a goal, 5 rows from his mates, arms round people he says he doesnt know. That is being a footy fan. I am pleased they are building up those memories.
…. and still don’t realise that most people are like me and aren’t interested in their little snaps ( no different from what we think of other peoples holiday photos) I tell people to just look at me , talk , and describe what they saw , colours , sounds , who with , atmosphere rtc. - won’t look at their phone copy.

Man Utd supporters, and the club, are in a difficult position. They carry massive debt and need huge amounts spending to revive the club. The supporters may hate the Glazers but the next owners will be no different. The club has become bigger than Man Utd if you can follow what I mean. No local man, or even local consortium, can afford to buy their club so it'll be sold to more just like the Americans they have now. Football is killing itself through greed and there's no way back.
Not been great, for me anyway. But delighted we want all the big guns in the knockouts. I want to see England v the big boys - what it is all about.
