1st half was on a par with watching Man City against the Museum Vaults Over 50s Sunday league team. Nothing derogatory towards any lads who may play for the MV over 50s mind.

That was quick. I didn't expect a comparison video until tomorrow at the earliest. <laugh>

Mac Allister unmarked 8 yards out then the French full back misses the ball out from the keeper. Awful stuff.

Corporate tossers can't stop munching their canapés to watch the second half of a World Cup final <doh>

It's clearly an issue, they have no energy at all. Argentina are up for it and beating what's in front of them (convincingly) but the French are struggling physically. Shame as this isn't a spectacle at all.

They're remarkably similar in style. Ours had a few more passes and a bit more skill involved, but in fairness, theirs was in a World Cup final. Call it draw.

Whilst totally agreeing with you as it stands this is Frances best chance of getting back into it by riling the argies. Not saying its right but France have been garbage up to now.

Very good player that Mac Allister. Wonder how long Brighton can hold on to him and Caicedo.

I'd suggest a couple of weeks until the transfer window opens at best

Correct. And it's what Argentina would do.

Game's up though. France are abysmal, and for all they are easy to dislike, ( or the manager is IMO!) it just must be that lurgy.

A team that got beat off Saudi Arabia three weeks ago is currently strolling to a World Cup win.

Does nothing about this make you even a little bit suspicious?

Great breakaway. I actually wanted the lad to finish that off. He deserves a goal. :emoticon-0165-muscl

I appreciate I think Argentina have dropped off a touch but no sign of the French having the Brad Pitts all of a sudden
