Dai Morris died in prison after 22 years today, charged with the Clydach murders but years of rumours and a documentary and a solicitors book and other things that threw doubt over the charges will continue to cast doubt on his conviction. But we will probably never know exactly who and why it happened if it wasn't him ?

I’ve no idea if he was guilty or not.

Devastated to learn this morning that Andrew Pike - a huge Swans fan - passed away last night aged 61 - 2 years younger than I am. He had cancer.

I knew Andrew from Coedffranc Junior School and then Neath Grammar. The last time I saw him was when he was trying to get out of one of the car parks after watching the Swans.

We had been in almost daily contact since lockdown, indeed we messaged each other on Thursday.

One of life’s true gentlemen.

Rest in peace my good friend.
