Aston Villa reportedly want 24-year-old who’s ‘very quick and very sharp’ https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2020/09/...t-24-year-old-whos-very-quick-and-very-sharp/
I am somewhat out of touch over here on the dynamics behind the potential comings and goings being talked about concerning City players. Do any of you think that the players rumoured to want to leave were of that opinion during the previous regime and continued to show dissension when DH was appointed? Is dissatisfaction based on the apparent credo at Ashton Gate that a mid-table finish is O.K. or are the rumblings more deeply embedded? Let's face it nobody expects us to set the footballing world on fire but at least we deserve respect from our on-field employees and if their opinion can't be changed then ship them out asap. Any player that is demanding more from their employer in these difficult times is a self-centred jerk and doesn't deserve a spot on any bench, yet alone our club. Wake up to reality you idiots because, trust me, in six months time there will be a raft of unemployed footballers more than willing to get you booted down the road. How many people out there would give their right arm for a return to normalcy and full employment, so why don't the unsettled just shut up and carry on???

Turkish report: Fenerbahce offer Bristol City £2.7m for Celtic-linked Niclas Eliasson https://www.67hailhail.com/news/tur...-city-2-7m-for-celtic-linked-niclas-eliasson/
All signs point to him leaving. He clearly isn’t in DHs plans looking at his game time so far this season, which is odd given hi ability. I wonder if he’s told DH he wants out and is waiting for a club? That would explain why he isn’t central to DHs plans, and only really used in the Carabao Cup. If any scout watched him against Villa, they won’t have been impressed, he gave the performance of a guy that had other things on his mind....

He will probably still do a good job there, still only 29... My old old mate from the Army, Gary Holt is the manager there, we both played Army youth football together, back in 1989/90. He did a bit better than me....
