Details regarding the 2020 summer transfer window

- EFL confirm dates of 2020 summer transfer window
- Transfer window will run between 27 July 2020 and 5 October 2020
- There will be an extra two-week domestic transfer window in October 2020

The EFL has today confirmed the opening and closing dates for the 2020 summer transfer window.

Subject to formal ratification, the transfer window will open fully on Monday 27 July 2020, although any player registered before the completion of the 2019/20 season will not be eligible to play for their new Club until season 2020/21 commences. This is applicable to Clubs involved in the Sky Bet Championship Play-Offs.

The window for international registrations closes at 11pm on Monday 5 October, with an agreement in place with the Premier League for an extended two-week domestic only window which will close at 5pm on Friday 16 October.

With all these reported possible departures where does that leave us? I have a fear that the new manager hasn't got enough time to rebuild the squad almost from scratch which could lead to a poor start, and that's the last thing we need. If we consider the rumours about departures to be true what would be your first team line-up be with the players left at Ashton Gate?
