Only been to Milan, absolutely beautiful, loads to see, and definitely try to take in a game at the San Siro, great stadium.
And not a fat bird in sight.
Lovely City Milan, I have been a few times on business. I was there the night of the Heisel tragedy, and in a bar to watch the game. My customer who I was with suggested that if anyone asked I was an American. He wasn't joking either.

I never would donate money to offset carbon because of the reasons you give.
