If we are making progress in domestic cups and the CL towards the end of next season he will be a welcome addition to the squad. Shrewd move to keep him available as and when we need him, plus he can still have a positive influence on the youngsters.
Definitely. The fact he's happy to stay and train at United un paid shows he's happy there and ready to work when he gets fit. He could go anywhere in the world to get fit, he hasn't. Says it all.
I think we should have still given Ibra a contract, but one where he is on a lot less money. He doesn't have to be on 300k a week. Maybe offer him half that if he's only gonna play half a season. I'm sure a guy with his wealth would not be to concerned about what he's being payed and would understand that he can't expect to be the top earner if he's only gonna be fit for the 2nd half of the season.
Matth watch. this is how it's done http://www.manutd.com/en/News-And-F...gn=ManUtd&utm_medium=post&utm_source=facebook
he's over rated, over priced just an average player and won't make it in the premier league we are just a 6th place team now like Chelsea were 10th last season
Funnily enough, I saw him play for Sweden against France on Friday, I thought he did well, I hope this means either Phil Jones or Chris Smalling are leaving, I hope both of them leave to be honest.
Lots of rumours of Zlatan signing with LA Galaxy and being a "brand ambassador" while he get to fitness. Morata was the first choice #9 at Juventus then had the misfortune of Ronaldo converting into a #9 at Real but still managed to score a bucketful of goals. That you are close to signing him means he would have played for 3 of the biggest clubs in the world before he is 25. Must be half decent at least.
I'd be sad if you get rid of both Smalling and Jones - maybe it is the little Englander in me but having an English spine, even as backup, is something to be proud of.
Apparently is the archetype "modern" defender - his nickname is Iceman which should tell you about his temperament.
I don't worry about what they are called. Most players leaving big clubs have been 'rejected' by their clubs. Doesn't mean that they couldn't become better players elsewhere. Many reasons they stay on the bench or/and sold: don't fit in the managers plans, different systems, team mates etc. Lukaku is set to become the most expensive player of the premiership but was clearly 'rejected' by Chelsea. Good players are let go or rejected by the big clubs. They have more than they could possibly play.
