He best get to grips with the cars quickly because come the start of the season, Williams won't want their second car in the wall every other race.. esp. if this years car has potential!

Probably pushing too hard in the hopes of impressing, should've eased himself into, maybe strolled around a bit first. yeah, I did it, I felt someone had to
More likely a controlled fuel dump... see how the car reacts/effects the engine and the rest of the ancillary parts.
Yeah, probably a mpg run. Fill it up with a set amount of fuel, see how long it takes to run out. Most accurate calculation you can get! Most teams will do that and have the courtesy of making sure it happens towards the end of the day to avoid disrupting the others for a an effective deliberate red flag.
Whilst Ferrari have a rock solid car it seems, it's almost certain Merc have a chunk in their pocket based on how they operate. I'm a bit worried that their power unit is so good that they still have everyone by the balls. I think Red Bull are likely to out develop Ferrari aero-wise. So the battle between development steps on their respective Power unit will be vital. As for McHonda, I don't know what to say. Are they running completely de tuned at the moment? I hope so given the lap times
At least McHonda did a race distance, well 72 laps. OK so not at race speed really but not completely limping round. I did like Alonso having a try at the Sauber, great idea to get an idea of downforce following a car. Giving him a small amount of fun must boost him a bit until he remembers Sauber are running a year old Ferrari PU!!! Isn't tomorrow the 'wet testing day'?
