Season-to-date stats. After 21 Rounds (weekend of Jan 6/7 2018) *** Hopefully all stats are accurate. pm me if you spot major errors.*** NB. As mentioned in an earlier post, due to losing my primary system (fan overheated and system won't boot up),I had to regenerate a new spreadsheet using posts from last STD stats (round 16) and weekly results posts on here since. I hadn't made back-ups recently (the last month . I'm hoping I didn't make any errors during the recovery process. I'm reasonably confident, but you never know ! Edit: PhilHul - should have coloured your 131 points yellow in the chart !! Note: Only punters with 10 or more entries submitted are reported. SUGGESTION FOR NEXT SEASON: While I have most of your undivided attention - I wonder if we should change the points for predicting the exact score from 3 points to 2 points ? It would have the effect of keeping the title races in the various categories much closer fought endeavours. I believe there's some skill in predicting the result (W/D/L), but I think predicting the exact score is somewhat of a blind guess ! Any thoughts ? At the end of this season I may post a set of results using a 2 point award for exact score predictions, just to see how the final stats would compare to the 3 point method.

Of course we may just find you win the league by even more...... I cannot tell if you think your league position is based on skill or luck from your suggestions?!
I inhabit the fifth dimension Doc...just spaced out I'm "super" stringing you all along the watchtower.

1 point gained already . 3 points if you can predict final season W/D/L . GF, GA, both home & away naturally. Do that today - special award for you at the gala night after City's win against Chelsea @ Wembley in the FAC final. Deadline midnight GMT . You know you can do it. Edit: I'll make it easier. Season records for either City or Wolves will do.
I think that is a reasonable suggestion, as you say to predict the exact score is very much an educated guess, whereas to predict a win/draw/loss is more achievable.

Some of the scores this year have been almost completely unpredictable. How about increasing the points for City's matches? They are the ones we really ought to be getting right as it's the team we supposedly know the most about.
