    I can see where Jaffa is coming from, a spurs loss will help us secure top 4 and that right now is probably most important.

    We win tomorrow, then beat Huddersfield while Spurs beat MU...............we are equal 2nd and Spurs still 5 pts. adrift with tough games to come <ok>

    Madrid preparing a £200m bid for Kane in the summer. And this looks like an opening bid. Can he still resist that bid and continue to pay Kane one half or less of what the very top players are earning?

    Levy is defiant and says he won't sell this summer. I don't believe that. He'll take that huge profit in a flash.

    Also if Kane goes, Madrid is less likely to come after Salah.

    Securing top 4 is by far the most important goal. Second or third would be a bonus. And the best way to do that is putting the most distance between the 5th place team and us. As long as Spurs are in mix we run the risk of missing out.

    Form team in the league, 2nd highest scorers with confidence and momentum against bottom of the league lowest scorers.

    I guess with 4th also getting automatic qualifying for CL from this season on, other than prize money (and bragging rights) really is no difference between 2nd and 4th.
