Trouble is if Sam achieves that you lot will want him to stay on thinking he can better it.

I think he is just getting you stable and into a position where you can move on. He is a good manager is Sam whether you like him or not (like Jose).
The interesting time will come after a drubbing which I am fairly certain you will get (we have had two this season) - not sure how well the players you have will react to Sam if it happens. With how defensive you have become (I really have no beef with that, defending is a skill just like an accurate 25+yard pass- Molby) I think someone will bag a big score against you. You are safe though with FA Cup to play for (big game that )
