This is gonna hurt but, i actuually think you are right Tobes. Think usmanov is getting thoroughly ****ed off with Arsenal, but doesnt want to lose out on the premier league cash cow. If he were to get bought out at Arsenal the money could go straight back into Everton and still have change to help out Marine.
Tbf this looks like some hack trying to cause waves but no real substance. Given the starting point I dont think the 220 mil spent is that big of a deal either.

To think the deal was #legit you need to believe that Everton was only valued at £175m

Since the takeover they've sold £150m of players and have brought in about £80m of TV money

That values Goodison and the rest of the club at less than minus £55m

Clearly anyone trying as hard as lfc needs to be relegated post haste

Do you understand the how a business is valued i.e. The difference between the operational profit plus goodwill, compared to the balance sheet value?

We've sold £150m of intangible assets and replaced them with £220m worth since Moshiris arrival

He's also put £80m onto the balance sheet which cleared all of the previous debt, replaced with an interest free Directors loan with no repayment schedule, which as and when he acquires all of the equity will almost certainly be converted into equity........
