I think so , I'm 5'9" (Actually 5 ft 8 ¾) and about 160lbs and I bought a large. Though it is larger than I like, there is room for, er growth :)

EDIT: Just realised my 'it's here' post from launch day on this thread said it was medium. I thought it was, then checked again later and I had ordered a large by mistake. I'll keep it anyway as i always put on weight in the winter. Shame as I thought I was doing well to have a baggy medium :)
