    Dundalk received €630,000 just for progressing to the 3rd round qualifiers of the CL.

    Sunderland have done quite well out of Allardyce leaving with this appointment. They've upgraded on their manager and probably received a lot of money for doing so.

    In their first friendly they beat Wigan 2-0 and described it:

    "supporters were clearly enjoying themselves and spent much of the afternoon serenading the Portuguese, chanting “Jose Mourinho’s Red and White Army”"

    "Mkhitaryan was notably pulling the strings in the number 10 role"

    "The Reds deservedly doubled the advantage in the 58th minute"

    "this was a professional and encouraging performance that kickstarted the Mourinho era with a pleasing 2-0 victory"


    Presumably they just dropped the Mourinho era into first gear at 35mph and blew a cylinder

    Id half agree cos hes not got long to move on players and he is known for not being quick with a signing.

    Hes got to know what he needs and have targets in mind. He could give us 40mil for benteke i suppose
