Alexis Sanchez has picked up a "low grade muscle injury" on international duty with Chile

When Arsenal's physios get their hands on him they'll have it bumped to high grade in no time

    It says:
Does this mean he put on a stupid Scots accent like his French one when he played for Marseilles? :)

He should take up squatter's rights on that bit of turf 20 yards out from the left stick.

Having not played the game at adult level...is it really that hard to stop him..I mean it looks the same each time as you say from the same place and yet he does it time and time again..I just assume when confronted with it it must be harder than it looks to stop him..

You have to admit he worke very hard on the technique but i agree there sould be a blocker stopping him having a clean strike.

He basically is running at speed with close control then sways in so theres a missing player there covering the area he always goes to

In the prem usually there is someone there.

Usually we see him go for the position but find blockers and looks for a pass.

The RB looks like he was expecting him to go wide and cross like 99% of players would

By the time he realised, it was too late

Oh gosh, he needs to be careful hitting that ball so hard. Don't want him pulling a hamstring or something! :emoticon-0107-sweat

Yes it is mate. I've played against amateurs and professional and you can tell who has played at a high level.

The senior lot ie ones who play in charity events Wembley etc would still run rings round most who think they can play the game.

I think he has that quick burst of acceleration and low centre of gravity than he can square a player up and with a dip of the shoulder and move the ball a hard to the right he opens up half a yard of space.

nobody in prem would expect it... poor preparation form that lot.

they've only 2 months to analyse everything between games like <ok>

what I am saying is his performances in the prem are all the more impressive as a result of everyone knowing full well what he can do and man marking etc etc.

this was candy from a baby for Brazil.

I think most of all yeah he's got that but its the close control that he's got that enables those attributes to come out.

his style is very much like that small pitch 5 a side technique he grew up on. loads of touches of the ball.. always moving it looking to flick it whichever direction. totally comfortable on it. compare this to mane who grew up in a different style and he's all pace and his finihsing is actually excellent but coutinho has the more close control
