If the Premier League were happy that the club were meeting the rules, they wouldn't be referring anything to anyone, it would be over.

Did we hire Trump to aid us with this scheme?

Perhaps, but that's not the same thing as meeting the rules, which was the point in question. If the Prem knew they were being broken, they'd be dealing with it themselves.

So, reserve arguably some of the best seats in the ground for tourists - that figures.

    Blimey that's confusing.

It appears that they are offering concessions, not in the way most would like, but they are all the same. Just for non actual members, who, sort of, seem to still be paying less, even if just a couple of quid.

I doubt many, if any, other clubs in the PL are offering tickets as cheap as we are, in some categories. The per game averages aren't that bad on balance.

It doesn't look as bad now as I thought it did before this, but, I still think membership concessions should be available.

I'm probably too confused to make any sense of it, but I suspect that'll put a cap on any potential mass protests, and will almost certainly mean we don't have empty stadium during games too.

There are apparently 300 Zone 1 seats available and anyone qualifies as long as they have at least one U18 or one OAP in their party.

There were 3 of us trying to get our heads around the statement at work......and we struggled.

Simple question, how do you buy a ticket for a match if you are completely devoid of stripes or a membership card.

Someone i know who was in upper west as part of a group of 6 were kicked out when this loony scam was first launched. Reluctantly they moved to the cheapest seats offered / available, I presume that was zone 1. The buyer has been called a few times by the club trying to persuade them back into upper west, but not their original seats ( not sure why ) the offer has been impolitely declined.

£9 for our relegation six pointers games seems rather cheap.

My quick maths say Zone 2 membership £408. Pay as you go (cat split - 5, 10, 4) £405.

There's still no concessions. They can call a flying pig a concession but it doesn't make it one.

    So 3 queries so far.
......Wasn't it stated that 'pay as you go' have to join a membership
......Weren't zones 1 and 2 pretty much sold out?
......What happens to those who have bought a junior membership (at non concessionary price) ? I know of someone who paid for himself and 9/10 yr old son at the same price. Surely they HAVE to be reimbursed?

Suspect they are making it up as they go along.

so the club have given concessions like I said they would zone base (like arsenal for instance) .. adhered the the prem rules and its still not believed by a chosen few ? ... this is looking more and more like a witch hunt from a few members now to be honest

yes they have , pricing based on zone, yes I agree its wrong they have essentially herded certain "groups" into certain areas of the stadium but they have given concessions morally wrong but still the letter of the law is dealt with , did anyone expect anything else ?

they have , different pricing means concessions , whether its zone, age, disability based its still concessions , that's all the law has to be , and that's what they have done ... the reality is harsh but that's it ... they probably will rewrite the rules (arsenal wont be happy if they do) but that's as the rules stand now
