Sorry, just realised how ridiculous my last post was, they've never ever tried to keep anyone happy. Should read realised they made such a mess in the first place so trying to comply with EPL and ensuring the ground isn't totally empty.

"There will also be special offers in these zones up to two weeks before general sale for those who sign up to the One Stripe Membership, with further details to be released soon."

This suggests you won't necessarily have to sign up to any form of the membership scheme to buy tickets.

Is this statement back to front?

Otherwise this one makes no sense (unless you start kidnapping children).

If you join you keep your seat... Isn't that the point?

And.. Everyone who ridiculed me incessantly on the concessions thread should now wake up and realise that the club have done exactly what a few of us predicted: defined a cheaper zone as a concession by giving priority to oaps and kids to sit there.

I got w bit fed up of predictions we would be banned from the league and would have to scrap the scheme.

It's exactly what I thought would happen.

You'd think they're making it up as they go along.

Do we yet know how they're going to police these areas? Still nothing to stop a Zone 1 person sitting in a higher zone.

As someone who doesn't go anymore, I've not been keeping up to date with all the membership stuff.

In your post you say they've defined a zone as a concession for kids and oaps who sit there.

Surely a concession must apply to a person, ie junior or oap, no matter where they sit?

An oap surely should be able to decide where they want to sit and still get a cheaper rate?

Or am I missing summat here?

It looks like there's only 2 Cat C games, so it's...

7 Cat A/10 Cat B/2 Cat C, cheapest membership is £252 against £366 and most expensive is £486 against £585.

7 Cat A/10 Cat B/2 Cat C, with £84 joining fee, cheapest membership is £336 against £366 and most expensive is £570 against £585.

The rules say concessions must be available, they don't say that they have to be available everywhere. There are bits of the KC that have never had concessions available.

The membership scheme hasn't changed, it still has no concessions according to the club.

Match day tickets are priced on the same basis as memberships, but some have been called concessions to try and get round the Premier League rules.

The Premier League will still object to there being no concessions for members and the match day tickets being a bit of a fudge.

There is nothing to stop the club putting all the concessions in one place, other clubs already do it.

That seems to imply that the ticket arrangements meet the Prem rules as they currently stand.

If they did, they'd hardly be referring it to an independent commission.

Ta. Wonder if they will just leave it half empty with no away fans in rather than fill it back up with people that wouldn't move to a different part of the ground - just out of spite!

I assume they'll try and sell them as match day tickets for now.
