Oh god, I hope not. I cling to each day that there'll be good news regarding new signings or a managerial appointment. Just to get a kick in the knackers day after day.

Twatflannels.

Hope people havnt lined there pockets during all this

City want Martinez the player

Hull City are keeping a close eye on Arsenal goalkeeper Damian Emiliano Martinez before the transfer window closes at the end of the month.

Reports in the The Sun are linking the 23-year-old with a loan to the KCOM as City continue to look for cover as last season's first-choice keeper Allan McGregor recovers from back surgery. The Scottish international is expected to be sidelined until Christmas. Martinez would be the second goalkeeper City have taken on loan from Arsenal in the last few years. Vito Mannone (below) spent two loan spells with City.

It's probably bollocks, but wasting one of our two domestic loan spots on an untried youth keeper would not be a surprise after this summer.

It's Ehabs new formation, he's planning on playing 3 keepers!

No manager is going to risk exposing any of his player, by loaning them to city while these two clowns are running the shop.
I know this sounds like a bit of reverse physcology ,but, they
Certainly wouldn't be on the bench and most likely first choice..
Probably play 30 plus premiership game before they leave..
Just a thought !!!!!

We are still pushing for Bony on loan, but it's probably not going to happen because we don't wanna commit too much.

We have a bid in for a foreign striker (presumably the bloke at Legia) and another for a centre back in the Premier League (who I think is Yoshida at Southampton).

Just been told there's been a meeting this lunchtime to discuss transfers with MP and Ehab has basically told him who we are signing. Doesn't appear to have kicked off so maybe they're OK. Don't hold your breath though, it's a real mess here. MP keeping calm and getting on with it.

^^ text from a club exec I've been forwarded.

Yoshida isn't a terrible shout. To be honest we only really need a bit of depth at CB once Maguire is back, and then Dawson is back in October.
