Brighton executive director Martin Perry says hosting 2015 Rugby World Cup matches will not be disruptive to the team and manager Gus Poyet.

Two of South Africa's pool games will be played at the Amex Stadium just one month into the 2014-15 football season.

"It all fits into the football season as the matches will be played in the international break and won't disrupt Gus's plans," he told BBC Sussex. "Gus is pragmatic and knows it's great for the club. He's definitely on side."

This will cause trouble & amusement, so glad we were errr, neglected! <laugh> Brilliant.

I think it could put the Amex on the map and good luck to them. We, however, don't need it and our playing surface certainly doesn't. We don't need any distractions from Nicola's plan.
