    As you say.....

The historic circuit is dubbed the 'cathedral of speed' and it holds the records for the highest speed - 371.7kph - recorded by an F1 car, the fastest ever lap, the quickest grand prix in history and the closest finish, with just a hundredth of a second separating the first two cars back in 1971. In the Italian Grand Prix 2004, Antônio Pizzonia of BMW WilliamsF1 team recorded a top speed of 369.9 kilometers per hour.

Fantastic track, looks great, big crowds, drivers sliding around all over the place, big top speeds and challenging conditions with the altitude and track surface. This practice session has been more entertaining than half the races this year.

Possible strategies for a dry race? I think they'll try and spend as little time on the primes as possible because they can't get any purchase unless the track rubbers in in a big way. I'm thinking option-option-option-prime.

Sorry to be a pedant, and - who knows? - someone else may correct me too, but I believe it's more like Fett-el, than Fettle. I know, I'll join Nitpickers Anonymous first thing Monday morning ;)

But anyway, it's Crofteeeeee; would he really get something correct?!

Crofty has single handed killed F1 coverage IMO. Horrific.

That start straight is huge. I'm not sure pole is the best place to be, you'll be giving people a tow for some time off the grid.

The air's so thin up there you'd get a slipstream with no one in front of you. Anyone got speed trap classification? I can see the Renault's being swallowed up on the run to the first corner.

Not sure who will win this.

Lewis will do well not to drop off now he has won.

I expect Rosberg will be up their trying to put right last weekend.

    Rosberg vs Vettel
