Williams should have won..and I think Ferrari would have won it if they were at the front like Williams because they have a better understanding of race strategy than most of the other teams.

 

Not Necessarily... IF the faster Williams was allowed to open up a big enough gap then it would have been difficult for Mercedes to make up the places and overtake especially if there was no rain. Williams was really quick in the dry and it was difficult for Mercedes to get close enough to make a pass. And when they got to the straights they were pulling away from Mercedes. So I think it would have been hard for Mercedes to beat both of them in the dry with good strategy.
