I can see these white lines at the edge of the track and I'm wondering what they are there for, could someone enlighten me?

McHonda have just proved that their chassis is poor. They have both had to stop for tyres 3 times!!! Can't believe how poor McHonda are. McL used to be well known for in season development. What has gone wrong???
