Obviously you cant rule out the experience players like Terry, Lampard, Gerrard, Ferdinand and co, personally feel we need to let the old guards go and bring in alot of youth, to move English football forward.

You can't just throw out all of the old guard - some experience needs to stay - I would keep Ashley Cole, John Terry, Steven Gerrard, Gareth Barry.
Also players like Glen Johnson, Joleyon Lescott, Darren Bent, Jermain Defoe are hardly over the hill - the WC is only 2 years away
This needs to be evolution not reviolution - otherwise we simply won't even qualify

Take all youngsters. We need players with energy if we're gonna be competing in the middle of summer in Brazil. Drop the worthless square-headed scouse waste of space completely and take players that will actually perform when they need to.

It would also be a massive help if the fans and the media dropped this whole "OMGWTFEVERYTHINGISSOSHITWHYDOWEEVENBOTHER" attitude. This is doing more damage than anything else.
